What is eps
EPS (Expanded PolyStyrene) is a rigid, closed cell, thermoplastic foam material. It is produced from solid beads of polystyrene. Expansion is achieved by virtue of small amounts of gas contained within the polystyrene bead. The gas expands when heat in the form of steam is applied, thus forming closed cells of EPS.

98% air, 100% recyclable
We take our environmental responsibility seriously by reducing the environmental impact to the minimum. Every waste material is reused in the manufacturing process, which requires less energy than comparable production lines. EPS do not generate any toxic emissions. Being 98% air, minimal quantity of raw material is needed to produce large volumetric items.
